Our CEO at Color Line AS is responsible for ensuring that we process all personal data correctly. Color Line Danmark A/S is the data processor and Color Line AS in Norway is the data controller for all personal data released. However, to ensure that the data is managed in the best way possible, data processing is delegated to the individual managers in each of our departments.
If Color Line stores any of your personal data, you are entitled to see this information. If you are a guest and a Color Club member and/or have created your own profile, you will find most of the information we have about you on your personal page.
We may only process personal data that is correct. If you believe that we are processing incorrect or misleading personal data about you, you may request that we rectify the data.Right to erasure
When the purpose of collecting personal data has been achieved, Color Line has established a procedure for deleting the data. You have the right to request that your personal data is deleted. Provided there is no legal basis for continuing to store your personal data – such as legislation requiring data to be stored for a certain period of time – Color Line will accommodate your request. Be aware that Color Line has stringent requirements pertaining to identification. Color Line must ensure that we are communicating with the owner of the personal data. Personal data will therefore only be provided to the specific e-mail used for booking any trips. Contact us here
